Is it possible to change where save games are stored without reinstalling the game?

If so, can you change the actual drive they are stored on, or can they only be saved to the same drive where the mod is installed?

Some how I didn't know directx8 was needed for dxogg.dll to run, and after installing it I no longer get the error. Problem is I get a windows error msg now that says... Just checked and the redistributable is listed in my "add/remove programs" list, so I'm wondering if it is actually installed.

Any idea on how I could check to see if it is installed, or if windows only thinks it is?

The more I think about it, the less I think lack of memory is the issue. I have atleast 325mb free and I get the error within a few seconds of starting tnm.
