Seriously, I had like 5 augs at the end. Given that I used almost every weapon, that's pretty pathetic.

In all honesty I didn't you you couldn't kill ZP. I thought it was like Deus ex where you had to kill Anna to proceed. Although, as much as I enjoy the elation of stealthing I do believe there is a time to sneak and a time to kick ass. ZP got on my ass-kicking side
