Yes.
RMODE <Number>
6 is unlit
5 is default (saw that in Matrix function @ DeusExPlayer).
I've tested it a day, I saw it worked (got wireframe) but I can't remember the number of it.
14 made me crash though or was it another number.

I created it today, this post remembered me the old days at trying to add text =D
[And yes, That website is not compatible with IE but I'll be working on that the next week]
Edit: Discovered the mod is compatible with DXMP! We're able to use information devices in dxmp now !

If you're interested, I created the thing I ever dreamed of while I was mapping: Datacubes, Books and Newspapers in which you write the text in the Editor!

Odd, it might be because a system file is missing. I'll take a look at it tomorow but I might have lost it >< I had a big crash 2/3 days ago and all my data got erased. I got 75% of it back with backups on external hard drive and websites

An UC File is a simple text file with Unrealscript in it. Just save it as .uc (and name the file as the class name you can see in you code [here, it's called AllSounds]) This is what you can found as a uc class in the deusexsounds.u Allsounds.uc //====================================================...

I know you found out but there is another way:
2 ways (So far)
1. Open ued and press export in the textures directory
2. Open WOTGreal exporter, open a package, select textures and press export (I would recommand to .bmp because .pcx seems to be uncompatible)
