Well, that patch just replaces DeusEx.u. I patched the game with the official patch (which also overwrites DeusEx.u) now, but the HUD was still small. Then I reinstalled TNM, then tried D3D9, then tried toggling bNoUIFix again. The HUD's still small. I did figure out what causes the game to crash 4/...
