I freed Slicer from the secret basement level pre DXI, and he told me to find him later, but i can't find his office. Not sure if this was a bug or my stupidity, but i wanted to be on the safe side because i looked everywhere in pdx hq and i can't find him or mention of his being freed or even exist...

I just blew stuff up. I went into the locker room, chucked a lam and ran into a corner. I think i used an emp on the lasers in the vents though. I haven't yet tried to steal from the cases, but i didn't see anything i wanted anyhow.
