balancing anything can be very tenuous at the best of times - say for instance they remove the health regen, and there are no traditional health packs placed around the game maps...

I am not completely put off by health regen - I'm kind of numb to it at this point

Uh no that would in no way what-so-ever be easy to do, it would be a ridiculous amount of work, they'd have to rebalance all the medkit placement. Do they even have medkits? I think I remember reading that medkits (or something to that effect) were still in. But I can't remember where I read it... :P

I'm surprised that real game companies don't advertise in shows and movies - that was almost as bad as watching the scenes in Existenz where they talk about video games.
