That actually does look a hell of a lot better. The only other thing I can think that could use improvement is the face. It could use a little more definition. Otherwise, I'd say it looks great!

I don't mean to be rude, and I apologize for being so critical, but I can't say that I like it. I think the problem is that the coloring is off. It doesn't really look like a billboard.
Also, I think a font similar to the original used on the Holy Smokes would look better.

Wouldn't an easier fix be to just have them add the line to the DeusEx.ini, rather than messing around with a bunch of directories? People who manage to mess it up to begin with will certainly mess up this fix.
