What's with the 'again'? Your Ozmo account didn't activate? If so, I can do that for you.

yes, those TWO. :P

I saw the screw up of "knives" in DeusEx a lot. Also, when someone asks for a knife fight in CS: S they sometimes will mean to say "knives?" But say "knifes." I mean, didn't we learn this stuff back in about fourth grade? Really says something here...

*regains composure*

ehem. Yes, we will have animals in TNM. In some way or another...

You stay classy.

Interestingly, the first mission in TNM involves a dragon.

EDIT: i just hoped you changed the behaviour of animals a bit. always disliked that you can not tranquilize animals in DX like you can in DXIW. i don't like killing

Are you quite sure you can't tranq animals? Weird, I thought I remembered a greasel moving in that tranq'ed way where it stops every now and then to take damage. Hm.

nope. if you tranq an animals in dx it is labeled as a 'corpse' instead of 'unconcious'. i don't know if this is only as i have a german translated version of dx but i have never seen an animal labeled unconsious. in dxiw though you can bang karkians unconsious.

...

but... wait... you can't... you can't kill that poor draggy!!! :?

If you don't want to kill the dragon... then don't. This is TNM, do as you please.

I think it's a good idea to remove whatever piece of code is preventing you from knocking animals out, I can't see what's wrong with dispatching karks and greasels nonlethally. I'll ask Shane about it. It's not really a problem with the dragon though, he doesn't extend TNMAnimal, but TNMPawn, so he should be treated mostly like a normal human being in terms of taking damage.

this thus means he is not like some animals disliking you just because you are a player.

to be honest i am a bit surprised that a dragon makes his way into that modification as this is sci-fi... but ok... lots of dragons made it into my game and that's sci-fi too

btw: if the dragon has no voice yet i would consider stepping forward ;)

I always tried to play the game killing the least amount of people as I could...

But whenever I saw a 2 ton potatoe dog running at me, a GEP gun it would eat. And greasels annoyed me. The cats were cute but I would always step on them by accident. Dogs were really rare and birds always gave away where I was what with the flying and flapping when I got close. I always stepped on the rats too...

Man... I never thought about it before but I had bad luck with those animals. Now I'm starting to wonder about this "dragon"...
