Ok, so I've decided to make a topic for the Hong Kong textures. So, to start it off here's a screenshot of some of the new HK_Signs textures (the ones before were half the size they should be!):
I've added a border like the one in the distance to the close-up one after making this.
New sign, but the wall textures have been shown before. But it's still nice
The Chinese text layers are still modifiable so should we figure out a way of keeping the original text we can do that easily

Well, giant digital signs make no sense whatsoever, let alone ones that have a scanline effect that doesn't even exist in the digital world - unless it's either intentionally faked or the image is too large and is scaled down. Like running 1600X1200 on a 1680X1050 monitor - it stretches it down vertically producing scanlines. But this, again, makes no sense to happen. The bottom line is that in real WanChai, they're lightboxes. I have no idea why Ion Storm shoved scanlines on them, just like they did with everything else such as small buttons. It just makes no sense.
Anyway, here's a new brick texture for Hong Kong. The original retextured one didn't look that much in-tune with the environment, but I think this one is far more accurate.

BTW, what is Texture "None" 1/1 mean on the progress bar? Is that cuze you don't know what to call it of DeusEx have it as the "none" texture.
