My Version WIP

Original
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/19 ... norig.png/

Off the top of my head, 1. The eyes are in the wrong position (she should be looking down, not at the camera) 2. Her Left arm isn't thick enough. 3. Her Bra has holes which need to be covered up, from the looks of things its either leather or metal- its a bit hard to tell,I'd go and argue its leather. 4. she's got no hands or feet (working on it). 5. she's not smiling, the original has her smiling. 6. she's not tall enough- I think that might be the hair though.

I took artistic liberty with the choker, I know the original doesn't have one but I feel it adds to the idea that she is a dominatrix plus it helps establish the neck a bit more, it may end up being a case that I won't need it in the end, but we'll see- I just needed something there to show where her neck starts and ends. I also put a few lines of hair down the side of her face to give her a bit more of a sexier look as well as establish the ear, I may correct this though. These are really just there to help me out for when I put the shadows in.
My opinion:

1) I don't think this matters much

2) This instead is more important. Not only the arms but the whole torso seems too small (head included).

3) Indeed

4) Looking forward to it

5) More important than 1) but less than 2)

6) See 1)

Keep up the good job!

Looks far too cartoonish (and the background should be more grainy). But of course it's a WIP, so...
And it's definitely a metal bra. Look at more goth dresses, man!

All my drawings start out like this, I get the form done first, then I begin refining it with shadows, highlights and lighting, then after that I smudge it over (which previously I wasn't doing because it tends to make things a bit blurry.. but I've started to realize that really I should be doing it because it makes the work look so much better).

thankyou both for the criticism, I need to know this because my eyes won't see all the imperfections.

Congratulations on all the positive traffic and response you received from the community for this. Currently, the mod is #2 in popularity on the entire moddb site which is extremely successful. =D>

Can't wait to play it

Gah, it was #1 for a few days. That bloody Stanley Parable mod.

(It is freaking awesome, but still.)

I think Stanly Parable only hit #1 because it was featured on Kotaku...

Want to try to break ModDB and submit NV to Kotaku?

Holy shit, Moddb just crashed. can't login, or access the site.
This mod really did spread far and fast, moddb couldn't handle it :D

Honestly I love the game but I'll keep my next play through on the back burner for now, I've got to much stuff to do and 2027 is coming out soon so when I do play I think I'll combine this mod with 2027.

Back to #1, get the gold bottles out and celebrate.

Going to get this mod when 2027 or HDTP comes out since I played through this game too many times tbh.

Congrats on awesome work! I am downloading it now, thankfully I have now moved to a new house with unlimited broadband and can afford to download large amounts of sh!t...err content, on a serious note =D> great, can't wait to see the textures in action! Been using textures since your first release of them and been impressed all the way.

Sorry for a lack of updates on the textures I was working on, works been a bit busy lately, there's been a lot of demand for QA and I'm trying to get work to agree on putting me on a Traineeship (or basically for those not in Australia work pays me to go back to school) in Game 3D Modeling so the paperwork for that's been a bit of a nightmare so far.

I'll hopefully have some progress this week on the billboard I was working on.
