I'm doing the DXI quest for WCO, and Kylie isn't spawning?

I'm told I can find Kylie at the subway station waiting for my to help me into DXI. I've done this mission before, so I know that's how it's supposed to go, or at least remember it being like that, but she isn't there.. I go to Sol's bar and grille, and she isn't there. (I knocked out the bartender and the bouncer, but she was mysteriously absent there too.) Does anyone know how I can summon her up and the conversation-dialogue? Or how this came to happen? (or heck, just the code to DXI, and hopefully the game'll fix itself. )

DXO not I, and you pissed her off so she's not showing up. They fixed some bug involving this but they never got an alternative way to get the code: 20 18 13
