Well, I'd still say fighting humans is easy during mid/late game.

Even then (on realistic) if you abuse quicksave as much as I do then you can't really claim to have beaten the game using skill. I need to be much more strict with myself if I want it to be challenging. Of course this isn't the game's fault. I'm less concerned about rewarding stealth than making it not feel like wasted effort and finding ways around a slightly broken AI that gives guards the memory of a goldfish. Essentially I feel alarms should be a big deal, which would add to the whole espionage atmosphere, rather than minor inconveniencies, but I guess if you aren't saving every three seconds you'll be glad of a little leniency.

I noticed playing DX that sometimes when you aren't enjoying a game it can be your own fault, in my case by being obsessive about finding everything and being stingy with items. Such a mentality can get in the way of enjoying a game, even ones as good as DX or TNM. I think I may be overly uptight as a gamer...(if only I was as thorough with studies...) :?

That is just a good example of what people get out of games. I'm a compulsive explorer/searcher
and doing that adds to my enjoyment. Although after the third play through of DX I didn't have to that much. TNM on the other hand.....

Another explorer here. I just don't understand people who rush and skip side-missions.

Why buy a game, then skip 50% of the content? :-s Weirdo's...

I can never do it though, OiNutter is too cute :giggle:

nah! if you just wait long enough, ZP gets him... sometimes it takes a while though and a couple times i had to coax OI into running into ZP's sights.

It only works if OiNutter stays on his spot, which he never does if the Goats with him are hostile (alarms going off, being allied with the llama's, whatever...). Pretty much needs you to be Goat-allied and smash/blow up the alarm switches, and hide any potential bodies that caused.

Yep, since Oi's orders are to go stand outside the templae and look for a fire, he should go there once everybody's calmed down a bit.

Yeah, by going elsewhere (out of view of pissed off goats) they calm down and poor old Oi gets it. I have killed them all as well. >:D

Guess I am too unpatient then. After murdering his escort, I follow up with a game of "run through goat city with a DTS hunting down OiNutter" and he never calmed down *ever* to return to his base spot. He just keeps running, and running and running and runnin and ... oops, did I hit you with a DTS?

Would you be likely to calm down if somebody was chasing you with a lightsaber?
