How do I get the second Llama mission?

I revealed the location of Goat City to Abom, he gave me the credits and told me to rest in the basement to prepare for my next assignment . Do you I really have to go to the temple basement and rest? If so, how do I do that?

I just went directly to the Goat City. BTW, is it normal that as soon as you enter, all the Goats are hostile towards you?

If you betray their city location to Llama's then they will turn hostile. IIRC the 2nd mission opens up before DXI mission.

You don't have to go to the temple basement. It's just a way of saying "you won't get your next mission for a while".
