1th of all Great mod! 2nd where's ZeroPresence?

In this second run I decided to go all dark side on my fellow comrades, so and I was searching for Zero Presence for "Mr.King" down in the secret basement, talked with That Guy, and searched his office, and apparently he's supposed to be in Sol's bar, but the door is locked down, and I had to enter by cheating, and the bar is burned up, and there is no Zero Presence, I really want to find him, so I can finish this side quest properly.
Searched in the club nearby King's offices but no trace of him.

Did you read the datapad in his desk? In 1.01 it will add a note to your notes section. By PDX there is a steel door, go through that after you read the datapad and get the code.

Ahhh, sorry for the confusion. By "it will" I meant "when it comes out it will fix this."

Did you get the quest? Then probably Scara asked you to ask Kylie for more info, and that should lead you straight to the location.

His office is in the "basement that doesn't exist".
