Shadowcode Server Codes

Seems I ran into a bit of a glitch, I took the elevator down to the old server while Evil was still talking, and apparently, that PM is now gone, along with it's codes. Unfortunately my most recent save prior to that was at party zone, I was wondering if someone could post them, in no particular order.

On a sub-note, I recall in the unpatched version, I could never access the vent in the Nietzsche room, I appeared to be too big for it, and when I placed a crate below me, still no luck. Ghosting got me out of this problem a couple times prior, but ghosting- then walking in a space not big enough for the character to stand up in, kills them, of course. I was wondering if that was actually a bug or if I just wasn't doing it right or if anything has changed in the patch.
