I was scouting in Slums and found an secret place on the roofs with A data cube what Kevo is doing. I believe it is DXO, also on the image, who are those 2 people? :S

They are WorldCorp people :)

What they specifically do for WorldCorp and what the purpose of their flight was, I'll leave to your imagination. You can read a little about them in the datacube though.
