When I launch the uccbake.bat, I just see that and it exit

Don't use the batch file, simply open CMD, type:

Code: Select all

CD X:\DeusEx\System\Ucc.exe uccmake
(default path)

Actually, type "CD C:\DeusEx\System\" (default path) and there then type "ucc make"

That should do the trick.
Can somebody tell me how I can get a custom avatar?
Oh wait, I already got one...
