To disable mouse acceleration with Deus Ex, I used kentie's Deus Exe.
However, even with TNM installed, kentie's application runs the regular Deus Ex.
I tried enabling DirectInput but then I can't move the mouse pointer in menus and in the inventory.
Please, does anybody have a solution?

To get TNM to run with Kentie's exe, you must rename TNM.exe (for example to TNM.exe.old) and then copy Kentie's exe, rename it to TNM.exe and run TNM with the shortcut that the installer put on your desktop and/or in your TNM directory.

This worked, but even if I check "disable mouse acceleration" in kentie's launcher, mouse acceleration is still present. Any idea why? From Kentie.net.
If you're not using XP, then I'm all outta ideas.Disabling mouse acceleration doesn't seem to work under Windows XP.
The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music.
Re: Mouse acceleration ruining the experience
Go into Control Panel and turn of mouse acceleration there?
Hmm, I really wish I had a signature...
