Serial size mismatch

I reinstalled this mod 4 days ago because it is fun. My play through has been largely messing with mechanics. Twice I have broken the game and had to restart, hooray. I am asking for some help though because this crash is not my doing. It's happening upon completing old PDX server complex then loading Goat City. I doubt it's related but I've had the Shadowcode FOV shennanigans and set the FOV in console.

Another problem that is appearing is the game loads up and sometimes on changing maps switched to windowed then back to a partial full screen shot displaced on my monitor. I just alt+tab in and out to fix it, but it'd be nice if it went away.
