"Critical error" loading mission 20

I'm crawling through an air vent trying to find a way into the Data Storage Room in WorldCorp floor 2. The SAVING screen comes up, as if to load a new area, but then I get this...

Sorry about the trouble, Baleout! Could you please attach your TNM.log from DeusEx\system?

Fraid not, does it happen every time?

I just went back to try again, and this time I appeared just inside the front door of Worldcorp, where I entered the building. No air vent exit in sight.
