I got the patch from moddb and installed it. I got here and see there is a patch for the patch. It says to overwrite the file in your tnm directory with the new one. There is no file by the name DXOgg.dll in my tnm mod directory. The only one I can find is in the deusex/system directory. Where should I put this DXOgg.dll file exactly? Thanks for the help!

Overwrite the one in your DeusEx\System directory and you're good to go!
