Too bad doggies had to die. They added variety.

Uhuh, to bad there are only like 3 karkians in the game, and greasels are restricted to sewers (and thusly day 1 unless I am horribly mistaken)

I wonder why. I don't think I played at ABI under Vista or Win7 (unless I said I did but I don't remember, now) but I did under XP SP2. Now I'm on XP Sp3. I don't think it's the OS though, all 3 are newer than DX.

I didn't get crashes my first 7 games (except 1 when I drew a dog into the pipeline area just besides the main gate).

However my 8th game, on the EXACT same machine, with the EXACT same OS (not even a Windows Update, seeing how that PC has no net-connection) ABI became Crashfest Inc.

I am pretty sure I already posted the cause in this thread ;). One of the dogs getting stuck under that loading ramp.
So yeah, replicating that can be pretty difficult, but once the dogs there, and if you saved with it being stuck, prepare for a lot of pain (or killall).

The spiderbot crash is so much easier to replicate...
Can somebody tell me how I can get a custom avatar?
Oh wait, I already got one...

The spiderbot crash hasn't been reported by a lot of people and none of us on the team has ever managed to replicate that either.

Outside, walk to the grate with the spiderbot and have it attack you. Now; run away from it. Not too long after that your game will lock up. Works for me 100% guaranteed, but I don't tend to do it for obvious reasons... :giggle:
