Stuck in the Old Server Complex - Nietzsche Room

I've been playing this great mod for a few days now, and just managed to get down to the Old Server Complex.

Things were going fine, until I got to the Nietzsche Room. (Fitting name.)

I jumped down to the balcony, next to a door that doesn't open and a vent thats half the size of the usual ones.

I can't seem to go anywhere past this area though.
Jumping down kills me, of course.

The wiki just says I need to reach this balcony then i'll go to some vent area.
But nothing happens on this balcony, I can't go in the vent because it's to small.
The door is just a texture, can't open it or interact with it in any way.

I've tried using the ghost cheat to pass the door/vent, but they both seem to lead nowhere.
(The door leads to an empty room, the vent takes a right turn and abruptly ends.)

I can't seem to advance, am I missing something painfully obvious here? Or is my game screwed?

You enter the vent, you will fit unless your copy is ****ed up in some way that seemed impossible.

Your game is fine.

It's that TNM doesn't use floor level vents, so you have to figure out how to get up to the vent while staying crouched to get into the vent.

1. Turn off speed aug if you have it.
2. Crouch and jump forwards while staying crouched to enter the vent.
3. Turn on your light aug while in the vent.

You er....crouch jump into the vent? Thought that was obvious really......

Yeah...I spent at least 10 minutes trying to get into the vent.
and yeah, Crouch jumping was obvious, but wasn't working.

Finally decided to reinstall Deus Ex completely. (I was having some scratchy sound issues with not just TNM, but the original Deus Ex campaign.)

Reinstalled TNM, and reloaded my save and got into the vent on the first try.
...
Wierd.

Oh well, thanks for the help at least, at least I don't feel like a complete idiot and didn't just miss something painfully obvious seeing as this was just some wierd glitch...



.....Scratchy sound issues are still present though, I guess i'll have to get used to it.
