It is listed as a save game on my file screen. Deleteing it makes it come back the next time I boot the game. Loading it loads my last save.
It has been there for a bit (day 1 Goat city or so, at day 2 now) and caused no issues that I know of, but it is a bit weird.
The game I am on was started on 1.02.

Yes, yes I did.
It started showing up around the time I entered the old server complex, so maybe it's some really meta mess-with-your-head thing.
