Screen Problems
Here's the problem, when I try to play TNM it starts up with the screen in the bottom left corner like.... if I could take the fullscreen and move it down and to the left, normally this would not be a problem, BUT if I go to something else then return I get a very bad texture bleeds, at least I think that's what you call it, it's like textures are trying to hit my cursor thing in the middle, any idea WHAT I am rambling about?
Random info that I think that might help:
Vista
Enhanced Open GL
Umm... that's all I think, feel free to ask if you need more.

Try changing render (manual for instructions)

Re: Screen Problems
What manual exactly? I'm turning up zilch.
Re: Screen Problems
On your Start menu. There's a manual in the TNM folder there.
Growing old is inevitable.......Growing up is optional
Re: Screen Problems
Actually it is easier to change renderer by going into settings/display in the main TNM menu.

Re: Screen Problems
Does that work?
In the beta it wasn't working and I thought they said it wasn't one of the things they were going to fix.

Re: Screen Problems
Yeah I don't think that works, I think it just changes what renderer Deus Ex is using - I may be wrong of course, that has been known to happen on occasion

I can't say I'm sure it works. It seemed to work when I tested, but I never could tell the difference from the different rendersJonas wrote:Yeah I don't think that works, I think it just changes what renderer Deus Ex is using - I may be wrong of course, that has been known to happen on occasion

Re: Screen Problems
Well you can always check your TNM.ini afterwards to see which renderer it's using.

Re: Screen Problems
Changing the renderer in the menu works on my system, has done since 1.0.0. It's obvious because the renderers act very differently on my computer.

Re: Screen Problems
Yeah, I've been doing that for a while and all that, anyway, it seems after a while it picks a new part of the wheel of game messing up, but the problem with the texture bleeds stays (I don't think that's what they are called but oh well.)

Re: Screen Problems
I get this problem too, and I fix it by increasing the screen resolution. It's not permanent, as I have to do it every time I start up TNM, but it does the job.
wink wonk
