Where's this guy getting this stuff from anyway? I read this a few years ago, why is the military releasing this information? Where has this technology, (they've now got 4 years to develop invisblility) suddenly appeared from?

I thought DARPA was working on that.

I'm pretty sure the entire project is dead, secondly I don't trust that EditInternational article.
