Post Deus Ex Save game problem
Well, I was playing and had made it up to Hong Kong and I was doing some exploring when suddenly my computer froze in the middle of gameplay. I go back to load up my save and every time I click the load button the game crashes with a very long error :( and sadly.. this is my only save that's up to here, my last one is on the plane where I have to make the decision to go to the NSF or stay with UNATCO.

Post Re: Deus Ex Save game problem
If the file has unrecognizable data, it is likely corrupted.

You can always use cheats to go back to where you were quickly, and then turning them off. I'd advise that instead of giving up or being really frustrated.

Might want to use memtest86+, a disk check, and do other maintenance to make sure it's a DX bug and not a computer issue corrupting data.
