I can't seem to find this addressed anywhere. Does Deus Ex have a setting somewhere for the frequency of the display (this usually is paired with the resolution)? If not, is this operationally set within the Deus Ex source itself somewhere?
Is there a reason why this would matter, aside from enabling vsync?
DeusEx.ini has an FPS limit in the WinDrv.WindowsClient section, but that's not quite what you're looking for. What you're looking for seems like it would be renderer-specific, and in fact the D3D10 renderer does have a vsync option.

I'm trying to figure something out with the loader and that question came up (specifically resolutions that are supported by the adapter/monitor for a specific display frequency).
