Going through DX without killing anyone or KOing them

This was on DXE before it went and thought to bring it back. Playing deus ex with as less deaths/KO;ing NPCs as possible and without cheating.

So far, as far as I know, the only NPC that has to die is Michael Hammer or the rocket won't launch to Area 51. There is a bug that allows the door of UNATCO HQ to be opened before you kill Anna Navarre so you don't kill her. (I don't remember what it is)

Now the only major problem I am having is getting past the first NYC mission without any UNATCO Troops or NSF dying. I can find the ambrosia and get back out through the secrete enterance I came in without touching an NSF, so that went ok, but what about the rest?

Anyone here tried this?

I was wanting to code a new JCDentonMale player so that it had on the HUD how many NPCs died in every mission, but I did not know how to do that

Also I think this works for bypassing killing anyone in Liberty Island on first mission. You get a gas grenade (there are a few in map) and throw it at UNATCO HQ door, you may need a few attempts like me to get it right, but the UNATCO Troop inside, should open the door to attack you and you can get in and bypass everything, the NSF troops I am not sure if they are dead by the time you come back out or not.

How? Is it possible to get him to kill himself without the player hurting him in any way (except gas grenades or pepper spray; since they don't actually hurt)?
