Okey, I came up with this funny idea where you have to post a pic of a game and, who understands from which game does it come from wins, and can make the second question. It can be any game, is it 30 years old or has it just been released, it doesnt matter, as long as it's a game with a name.
Few rules:
# If there's no answer for the question for 5 days, anyone can submit a new screenshot.
# Hints are allowed, but don't share too much information!
# Images cannot be larger than 640x480, this way the topic stays clean and thin.

Lets see, it is an RTS with mechs circa 2002 or so judging from the graphics... and very c&c interface...
