Re: Rest In Peace, Good Old Games yeah I finally solved that problem with SS2 as well.. So awesome playing it on a modern pc. The load times are next to nothing.
If you do co-op I highly recommend the Hamachi method. It was a shitload easier than port-forwarding.

Re: Rest In Peace, Good Old Games From what I recall SS2 worked just fine for me on Windows 7. Same with the Thief games.
The only benefit I've got from having an ATI graphics card. Most of the problems with the Dark Engine games are down to Nvidia's drivers.

Plus, Pirate Bay is blocked by my ISP. Not that I ever used it anyway as I consider it kinda wrong in many cases.

Re: Rest In Peace, Good Old Games From where i am in right now, we buy pirated DVDs from our local Pirate shop in the city. They got games, Xbox and PS controllers, PSPs (mostly pirated), and other fluff like that. (just dont tell the police or the former employees will form a mob and kill me...) But i never see them have graphics devices... And that IS WHAT IM LOOKING FOR RIGHT NOW!
