countries doing well but not perfoming economic stimulus?

Hello friends
So I am writing an economic rap to the tune of real slim shady, and I've said:
"Norway don't gotta print money from its central bank to sell betterment"
Betterment isn't the best word, but whatever it will do for now. I couldn't think of another word that rhymed with "irrelevant" and also meant doing well. But is this true? Many countries are doing economic stimulus and on paper are doing well. Is Norway a country that hasn't performed a stimulus like the EU, China, Japan and the US?
