how to create a map so that it does not conflict with the game files in 7d2d?

TBH, I'm not surprised - those procedural maps can be a real pain sometimes.

It's normal for the map creation process to take some time, especially if you're using a procedurally generated map such as RWG. Have you considered asking your hosting provider for help? Maybe they can explain why you are having this problem. I've been using 7 Days To Die Server Hosting at http://7d2d.net/ for a while now, as it's a pretty cool provider for games. I hope you don't have this problem in the future and have fun playing games.
