For those that follow, there is a large apartment project underway at Dilworth and Baron Roads, site of the former SD 23 property.
Suddenly the site is empty of anything connected to the project, materials, construction trailers, cranes etc.,
Summit Brooke, the company behind the project appears to be gone, leaving one part of the project at height but only at the framed stage.
Did anyone notice, the building in question is not level?
It slopes toward KLO Road.
Nope, all I am drinking in strong coffee

Thanks for your advice, folks
Re: Kelowna Construction on Hold?
I saw your post about the construction situation in Kelowna and wanted to chime in. It's pretty strange to see a project come to a halt like that, especially when all the equipment and materials are gone. And you're right, it's a big red flag that the building isn't level. I mean, come on, that's a basic thing they should've gotten right! If I were you, I'd try reaching out to some Roof Truss Manufacturers for some insights. They might have some info on what's going on or suggestions for how to address the issue. It's worth a shot.
