As a new contracting business sometimes it’s hard for me to find qualified subs to help on my overflow projects. Do you use Facebook, Google, waiting in line at Home Depot, I know some people who walk onto other people job site and ask for the workers number.

Finding reliable subs can be a challenge, especially starting out. When I was in your shoes, networking was key. I found a gem of a sub through a referral from a fellow contractor.
