Will you guys be updating the videos with the new texture? I think it would be worthwhile.

ok guys ive only just caught up with this.
and i cant believe how fucking hypocritical you people are.
the original gunther texture had brass buckles on the legs. but now we make them blue.
and yet i get it in the neck for adding colour to one of my textures.

unbelieveable

Thanks for phrasing that in a nice specific fashion so that all concerned know exactly who they are.

Lighten up: It's always going to be a context thing, sometimes something will just look better different, sometimes it won't. OFTEN your view (or my view, or Phas's view, or whoever's view) of what looks better will be different to someone elses view.

This is inevitable, and getting annoyed by perceived hypocrasy won't help.

I've seen your stuff (if you're who I think you are), it was good. Don't be disheartened by criticism. If you're very easily offended, don't put stuff up for criticism.

I would encourage you to stick around, though. But just...try and be a bit more thick-skinned? :)

Do you think Gunther ever uses those pockets on the back of his pants?

Question: Since you're making the characters so highly detailed, are you reworking the mouth movements for the cutscenes to go along with that? Will the original function animation still move a mouth that's more than three polygons correctly?

Phas has reworked the mouth animations, they look quite fitting with the new character :D

I wanna see. Just a still shot of one of the mouth positions. Please? I'll be your best friend.
