The texture is complete, however I definitely need to do some further revising to the textures. I also had to modify the UV maps due to some weird UV map precision, and now I'm in the process of making the windows env-mapped. Texture downloads below.
TODO:
-Make colors similar to original
-Add details similar to original
-Do something about the wack-ass lighting where the flashlight projects next to no light onto the vehicle (in progress)
-Redo the wheels
-Envmap rest of windows (including mirror)
-Possibly do a modulated face + envmap for simulated light reflection on windows/mirror

I want to make this pretty clear. I DO NOT want that texture on that van. it looks like youve stole the world textures from DX. I gave the model over to Caustic believing it was someone capable of the task. this looks worse than the original

It has gone through a couple of revisions (it's been a week), and it looks a lot better now. I don't think he was saying he created everything from scratch or took credit for it (the title even says - only the texture), he just wanted to give everyone a small update.
Also, the texture or any parts of it were sourced from the vanilla van, but he does try to recreate the same style so it can replace it seamlessly.

Three more things to note:
1. The UV Maps on the back of the wheels are screwed up
2. Had to modify the back and front UV maps because of some weird texture splitting
3. You forgot to do the model details for the lights on the back of the van (hence why I skipped them)

I'm confused about the thing with the texture doing the detail. If that was the case, wouldn't the front of the car not have a crease for the lights and just be a flat texture?
