The code for citation tags is:
<ref='Reference name here'>{{cite web|url=URL here |title=Title here |work=Author here |date=Date here |publisher=Publisher here}}</ref>

The parts after the title aren't necessary for the cite tag, just drop them if you can't fill them.

Just insert a tag where a reference is needed, and that's it.
